Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Payment can be made as follows:
Payment must be made either upon delivery (cash, TWINT, or credit card) or in advance via the online shop with TWINT or credit card.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free of charge in Zurich and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us via email. Delivery time is generally 2-3 days after the order, subject to product availability.
5. Pickup
You can also choose to pick up the ordered products personally. Pickup times will be communicated at the time of order. Please adhere to the specified pickup times.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
7. Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product, there is no return policy. As this is a food item, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged products. Please check the condition of the goods upon delivery. If products are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can work together on a solution.
8. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability for minor negligence is excluded.
9. Data Protection
Your data will only be used for the processing of your order and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of our company.
